KZN is unfortunately not know for its service, we need to change that! The notion that we are slow and take business with the attitude of ‘tomorrow is another day’ is no good!
I don’t know about you, but if I receieve poor service I am inclined to simply not return (most people do not like having to complain, and would rather move on).
And unfortunately the companies who work hard to earn a good service name are pulled down by the so called ‘slackers’.
Let’s change that, let’s become a business hub to be reckoned with! KZN is growing rapidly and I for one would like to be proud to say that I do business and support businesses in KZN!
